Comments for the student: This exercise was meant to focus on a particular job opportunitiy that the student applied for, and in this case, the student chose the company Lugasco from Handshake and there was no specific job attached. This happened with three students.
Cameron gave an excellent answer about his work ethic (going above and beyond for any task) and should include an example of this. He also explained well why he chose his major and Quinnipiac. He should also work on creating answers to interview questions that tell an interesting story/example of how he succeeded in tasks, and practicing them with friends/family. The example he gave from his summer job at Home Depot was a good start, and a story from that experience with more detail would be compelling. I recommended that he also think of examples from class projects.
Cameron was the only candidate I interviewed who had a question for me: what do interviewers look for?

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
