Comments for the student: It was a pleasure to meet and speak with Ashley. Her passion for design and architecture shines through when she is talking about designs and her past and future travels. The declaration of her major will allow her to further explore her studies and help guide her to validate her career path. She was prepared and confident when marketing herself. Overall, she was a pleasure to speak with and would certainly been considered a good candidate for the position she was interviewing.
Comments for faculty: Ashely was a pleasure to speak with. Declaring her major would certainly help her share her studies and how they align with her vision for her long term career. I encouraged her to search for internships / jobs that that gave her exposure to her potential career so she can further explore different opportunities. I think a defined business major and more external exposure would allow her to speak and market herself even more confidently.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
