Comments for the student: Overall, great job. Connor was well prepared, direct, and clear on his interests and desires, He provided detailed answers and supported his answers with relevant examples. Connor was personable, authentic in his responses, and was confident in the delivery of his answers. He quickly demonstrated his technical and soft skill sets, as well as his ambitious attitude and impressive academic and extracurricular accomplishments. I was overall impressed with his professionalism and confidence. The one area of feedback provided to elevate his interview skills was around the "why are you interested in working for our company / why should I hire you". Connor should not shy away from being more direct with his top skill sets (ie instead of saying "I think I'm a good leader", say "Leadership is my top skillset), and then support his comments on his top skill sets by providing specific examples of his strengths from his past work, and extracurricular experiences. This will further elevate him during the interview and make him stand out from the competition. Again, great job Connor!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
