Comments for the student: Overall great job. Brianna immediately exhibited a personable and friendly personality and positive disposition. She was not only confident, detailed and thorough in her answers, but also authentic and genuine. Brianna included a personable touch when supporting her answers with examples / stories from her prior work / extracurricular experience. She should continue to take this approach in future interviews as this will help her stand out against other candidates. What impressed me the most was Brianna's maturity and outlook (ie what do you see yourself doing long term) - she focused on how she would help others and demonstrated an ambition to be a role model. In terms of feedback, I would advise Brianna to take the following approach when being asked "Tell me About Yourself": 1. Directly Summarize who you are, provide comprehensive and chronological work experience history, 3. Touch on strengths 4. Summarize/ conclude on what you want to accomplish / what your impact would be to the role. I also would advise researching the company's core values / mission statement and weaving those values into her answer around "why do you want to work for this company" (Warner Bros. in this example). Great job Brianna!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
