Comments for the student: Overall, excellent! Anthony came super well prepared, and was friendly, engaging, well-spoken, and professional. He added a personable touch to his answers, supporting with details and stories/examples to support his thoughts and statements. Anthony highlighted his strengths and achievements right off the bat, when answering "tell me about yourself, and why QU", which is a fantastic approach which he should continue to use in future interviews. This immediately demonstrates to the interviewer the candidate's confidence and fact that he is the best candidate from the role (sets the tone for the rest of the interview). Throughout the course of the interview, Anthony also demonstrated his skills of being a problem-solver (kept an ongoing theme) which was great. Really well done, Anthony is going to do extremely well in his future interviews.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
