Comments for the student: Kevin was nice to talk to, but didn't ask any questions. Everyone should have a question or two of the interviewer. I think Kevin should work a little on his elevator pitch and stronger remarks about 'why this job' would have been beneficial. It's all a learning process - Kevin was prompt and the only one who sent the job description to me, that was appreciated.
