Comments for the student: Feel free to update resume to exclude references (as they may not be needed) but include projects from your major that would be relevant to job/internship. Include tech skills you have as well -- they would be picked up by an applicant tracking system when applying. You mentioned your tech skills during our interview, so definitely include it on your resume. When providing answers, feel free to identify one (maybe two) really good examples of what you want to speak to and lead with it. It may be helpful to keep notes to go back too.
Comments for faculty: Good interview, and as we were debriefing Meredith admitted when she's nervous she rambles. I advised her to pick one or two things to focus on in her answers and just continue with that.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
