Comments for the student: Aidan came well prepared and was friendly, personable, and professional. He provided detailed, specific answers that flowed well to all questions asked in a confident approach. In particular, Aidan did an excellent job answering the question "Tell me about yourself". He provided a detailed, comprehensive overview of his background while using this question as an opportunity to showcase his skills, strengths, and highlight the importance of teamwork. This is typically always the first question asked in any interview and encourage him to continue to use this approach to highlight his skills in his first question in all future interviews. Aidan also provided a strong and succinct answer when asked "what do you see yourself doing as a long term career". Aidan continued to highlight his problem solving skills, leadership, and teamwork skills when providing a response to "why should I hire you". He can enhance this response in future interviews by sharing examples / stories from his prior work/school/extracurricular experience to support his statements. He should also look to explain how these skills will benefit the company and hiring manager's team, etc. Overall Aidan did an excellent jov and with additional practice and experience he will excel at interviews.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
