Comments for the student: Riley didn't have a firm or a position he was interviewing for so I took the interview in a different direction - and Riley adapted to that seamlessly. Riley was able to give me a great overview on his background, why Quinnipiac, why Finance/Acctg 3+1, and I felt like I could see his personality in each response. Riley was great to talk to, had strong communication skills, a very solid work ethic.
Comments for faculty: Riley didn't seem to have the questions or know he needed a job description/firm - that being said, he was great to speak to. Was able to answer each question well and completely, had great responses to my questions.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
