Comments for the student: Overall, great job - Alex came to the interview well prepared and exuded confidence in his presence and overall communication. He was authentic and genuine with his answers and added personal touches, stories, and details to enhance his explanations. This component of the interview is important as it helps the interviewee stand out and makes them memorable to hiring managers during interviews. When asked "why do you want to work for this company (GS)", Alex demonstrated that he knew the company well, bringing up some of our principles and core values. My one piece of feedback for future interviews would be for him to "sell himself" harder, and bring up more of his soft skills that makes him stand out from his peers and the competition. He can use examples from school, past work experiences, and extracurriculars to help demonstrate how he is a leader, highlight his achievements, etc. which will help him stand out even further. Great job Alex!
