Comments for the student: Dami was not aware of his need to select a role/organization to interview for and this impacted my ability to rate him fairly on the above questions. We improvised with use of my organization, Yale, but this did not allow him the opportunity to prepare for organization related questions. Dami has excellent experiences and a strong cultural intelligence/ global mindset that is going to make him a very attractive candidate for future positions. Dami was advised to work on his body language and to practice confident positions and provision of eye contact in interviews.
Comments for faculty: Dami needs to work on preparation for interviews - researching organizations, confident body language, and provision of solid examples. He also did not prepare any questions for the interviewer and did not initiate receipt of the interviewer's contact information for a thank you letter. He needs a lot more practice.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
