Comments for the student: It was a pleasure meeting with Emma today! She was enthusiastic about the world of marketing and exemplified she did her research on the company. I encouraged her to learn more about the company's clientele and have examples in her back pocket of projects/campaigns or metrics of the work she has done to highlight her skill set and knowledge for marketing roles. I did notice some nervous mannerisms with her touching her hair so recommended she put her hair up for interviews if she is comfortable.

Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
