Comments for the student: Kaylee got more relaxed as the interview continued. With each question, her responses got better and her comfort level greatly improved. After just a few questions and her becoming more relaxed, she was a shining star. She spoke with such passion and came across as a very sincere, honest, intelligent young woman. She showed she did her research and was well prepared. She was open to feedback and seemed genuinely appreciative of the feedback.
Comments for faculty: She was the last interview for the day for me. After the interview we continued to engage in general conversation including my experiences at Quinnipiac, my current involvement and my career. She asked several questions and was so personable. I looked at the clock and we ended up talking for an extra half hour.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
