Comments for the student: Dante arrived for his interview promptly. His resume reads well and he was confident in which position he was applying for and the background.
His resume could use some additional filler as to how and why he would be the best candidate highlighting his transferrable skills. His in person communication was very professional and he was able to draw upon his own skills as to why he would be the most viable candidate.
Comments for faculty: Dante arrived and I did not have him on my schedule. As a fill in I took him. However, afterwards we learned he actually had a zoom interview scheduled with someone else. He had is resume so I was able to take a look and then work with him as I was not planning on turning any students away.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
