Comments for the student: Overall, excellent job. J.P. came well prepared, was energetic, and answered each question with detailed, specific, and thoughtful answers. J.P. mastered the first question ("tell me about yourself") that many students actually struggle with, as he framed his response through detailing his accomplishments in each area / component of his life (as a student, in his extracurriculars, community service, etc.) This is both an essential and elevated approach to answer this question in order to stand out in an actual interview. J.P. also supported his answers to all questions by specifically referencing experiences and telling stories to showcase his strengths (i.e., he didn't just say "I have leadership skills"; he told a story/ shared an experience of being first-year Class President to prove and support that he has leadership skills). J.P. was also specific in the role he was looking to apply to and was able to clearly articulate why he would be a good fit for the role by making the connection of the transferable skills he had (both technical and soft skills). The one piece of feedback I shared with him to further elevate him in an actual interview, is to research any company he would be applying to (in order to look up the company's mission statement, principles, etc) and to weave those principles and values into some of his answers. This will further make him stand out and be even more competitive in any interview. J.P. is an impressive student with a plethora of accomplishments and achievements so early in his school career. He has incredible potential and will be an asset to any internship or role he applies to in the future.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
