Comments for the student: Owen was quite general in his answers to the above questions, but in response to follow-up questions from the interviewer he was able to provide more compelling detail. I advised him to really work on providing personalized and compelling answers to interview questions and to practive these with someone. I also suggested that he try to engage more with facial expressions to convey his enthusiasm.
