Comments for the student: Briana came into the call a bit nervous however, as the conversation went on she built up her confidence. A few points of feedback I provided to Brianna:
1. She showed up right on time, punctual!
2. She had a really good understanding about the L'Oreal and the role she was applying for, I can tell she did her research and had passion for the industry
3. Brianna used her experience on her resume and tied that into the role
4.. Brianna used the word "stuff" quite a bit so I did tell her that could be a watch point for future interviews
5.. When asking her the question about what she can she herself doing in the next 5 years, I told her if she is not sure of her response to always try and tie it back to the company she is interviewing for. Showing them that she is invested in working for them beyond the internship.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
