Comments for the student: Kyle was such a pleasure to talk to! He is really passionate about his major and provided some really insight to why he interested in finance. One thing I challenged Kyle to do, is to tighten up his elevator pitch. It is very easy to go down the rabbit hole with your previous experiences. Think you have less than a minute in the elevator to say what you bring to the table. I recommend practicing this in front of the mirror and anytime before you go into an interview. At times, I think Kyle's answers were a bit vague. Providing more examples and and the "why" factor will really enhance his interviewing skills. Kyle has the foundations to be a great interviewer. Adding in some practice and examples will make his a very strong competitor for any role he is applying to.
All in all, Kyle's ability to be personable in his interview and his strong understanding of his goals and skills will make him a great candidate! I have passed his resume onto our recruiter for potential opportunities next year!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
