Comments for the student: Overall, solid and strong mock interview. Joshua came prepared and was friendly, authentic and engaging throughout the interview. In particular, I was impressed with the way in which Joshua answered "why are you interested in working for our company". This is often a challenge for some students to answer effectively, however, Joshua did a great job, using the approach of referencing the company's core values and principles into his answer to demonstrate his interest and why he was a great fit. It was evident he was well researched, and therefore stood out. My one suggestion for Joshua is to be more confident and self-assured in his answers, abilities, and skills, particularly when answering "why should I hire you". Joshua has a lot of terrific skills and abilities, and he should be confident in this, and highlight them more boldly in his answers. Also, be prepared with at least 3 solid, thoughtful questions at the end of the interview! Again, really good job overall.
