Comments for the student: I realized I didn't give Emma feedback after the interview, apologies! Emma spoke with confidence, smiled and had a ton of positive qualities to highlight in her interview, including work experience, clubs, her GPA. At times her answers were long winded because I think she was trying to fit it all in. I also noticed towards the end it might have thrown her off track that she was being a little long winded. My recommendation would be to shorten up her intro, keep the story about visiting QU with her twin and changing her college choice, and try to consolidate her "closing argument" to just a few top reasons to hire her. Every experience and qualification are on the resume, and the interview is the story behind the paper. Focus on the things a company would value in an intern (leadership, work experience, ability to connect with others) that are in your resume. Nice job, Emma!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
