Comments for the student: Etan was kind and very pleasant to speak with. He knew the type of role he's interested in so we were able to tailor the interview to that area. I believe his elevator pitch could be improved, such as by him reflecting a bit more on his "why," driven by his underlying passions and true motivations. He asked good questions that further demonstrated his interests. My main advice is for him to get involved in student organizations and ideally target getting to the executive board of 1-2 clubs he's passionate about. Overall, I was pleased with how the interview went.
