Comments for the student: Nathaniel is very kind and pleasant to speak with. I encourage him to do more research on the specific companies he applies to in order to have more particular answers about why he wants to work there and how his strengths could create tangible contributions at the target company. My other piece of advice for him is to get more involved as a student leader ASAP to help set himself apart. Follow your passions in terms of both your club involvements and your job search and it won't feel like work. Nice job.
