Comments for the student: Samantha, great job today. You carried yourself with the presence of someone far more seasoned, and it was clear you put real effort into preparing. Your mannerisms were polished, your eye contact was steady, you avoided filler words, and you showed strong knowledge of the role you are pursuing. You came across as composed and capable from start to finish.
Just two small refinements. The first is something we talked about. When an interviewer asks a question that requires real thought, use a strategic pause. Acknowledge that it is a strong question and take a moment to gather your thoughts. It shows composure and intention. The second is your handshake. A firm handshake adds to the confidence you already project and sets a professional tone right away.
Otherwise, you were excellent. You have a bright future ahead of you and it shows.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
