Comments for the student: Anthony did a really great job speaking with confidence and definitely came prepared. He showed a very firm understanding of the job description. I think he did a fantastic job showing interest in the program and company as well.
Really the only question that needed improvement was the one regarding what he'd like to do long-term in his career. He mentioned going to work with his father who is also in the industry -- definitely a great opportunity and good career path, but don't want to tell the employer that. Convince the employer that you want to work at their company today AND tomorrow. The internship is an investment in you and a "long-term interview" to see if you'd be a good long-term fit. You don't want the employer to know that you are likely to leave after they invest time in you. With the exception of that one answer Anthony did a really great job.
Comments for faculty: Redundant to above.
