Comments for the student: Overall, Megan did a really great job! Her answers were clear, thorough, and well-paced. She asked thoughtful questions and showed professionalism by requesting contact information for follow-up.

Megan's passion for the industry really stood out, especially when explaining why she was interested in the role. I really like how she tied her passion back to her own experiences and wanting to be a mentor to others.

For improvement, try to connect all of answers more directly to the role. It would also strengthen the interview if your enthusiasm came through earlier, especially in the “tell me about yourself.” question. I started to see more passion and excitement as we moved along in the interview. She showed good knowledge of the company, but adding specific details like their mission, values, or recent news would make her responses even stronger.
