Comments for the student: Ashley did a good job overall! Ashley did a good job engaging the interviewer from the beginning. She was friendly yet professional. She did a good job sharing why she chose the marketing path and why she chose Quinnipiac. She also did a good job relating her athletic experience to her work ethic.
As shared in our discussion, some areas of opportunity were to ensure to correlate each answer to the question asked. It's important to align the answer back to the company and role so the interviewer can conclude that you are the best fit for the role. Lastly, don't be afraid to let your personality show in the interview. Being more conversational will allow your passion to come out organically and less structured/robotic.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
