Comments for the student: I think Ryan did a great job of presenting himself and his desire for growth and opportunity. With his background of both Computer Science and Finance, he has the ability to truly distinguish himself from his peers in an interview highlighting his ability not only to analyze the material in front of him, but also to utilize his skillset to visualize it utilizing technology. Understanding his desire to work for a larger company, we discussed his ability to express his desire for growth, while being open to opportunities and flexibility a large organization can offer. I recommended in terms of preparation for official interviews to read any financial documentation that is published by the organization, including the 10K, to show preparedness and desire to take this job on and run with it.
I mentioned to Ryan that speaking slowly, and confidently permeates through an interview. His ability to say it once and say it with confidence, along with his educational background, will help him tremendously.
I wish Ryan nothing but the best as he pursues this next chapter!
Comments for faculty: I think Ryan showed a really good side of him. he was dressed well, looked direct into the camera, and was able to answer every question. I could tell he was nervous, and tried to set him at ease. I think with a few more of these, he will be ready to go for interviews and internship opportunities in the fall!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
