Comments for the student: You did a great job creating a natural, conversational tone throughout the interview, which made your responses feel genuine and engaging. Your passion for the role, industry, and company clearly came through and helped demonstrate strong interest and motivation. You also asked thoughtful questions and did an excellent job engaging with the interviewer’s responses, showing strong active listening skills.
For improvement, don’t be afraid to share a bit more about yourself, both personally and professionally, when answering the “tell me about yourself” question. This is a great opportunity to showcase your personality and make a memorable first impression while also showing how your values align with the companies.
Comments for faculty: Garrett was one of my favorite interviews of the day! You can tell he was well prepared and I really appreciated his thoughtful questions :)
