For improvement, focus on more clearly highlighting your skills and connecting them directly to the role you’re applying for. It was also difficult to fully tailor your responses without a specific position in mind, so identifying a clear job target will help strengthen your answers. Additionally, you can show greater commitment and interest by communicating more defined career goals, asking thoughtful questions, and expressing interest in aspects of the company beyond just the hybrid work environment.
