Comments for the student: It is great to see you continuing to practice and take the time to build out both your resume and your interview skills through mock interviews. That effort will pay off. Looking ahead, I would encourage you to refine how you frame certain answers. For example, when discussing why you chose finance, try to focus more on your genuine interest in the field, your skills, and long term goals rather than compensation. Similarly, when speaking about why you chose Quinnipiac, highlighting aspects such as academics, opportunities, or campus involvement will come across more strongly than saying you chose it for the scholarship money. On your resume, I would recommend completing the “Relevant Courses” section, as the current placeholder text should be replaced with specific coursework that aligns with your major and strengthens your profile. Overall, you are on the right track, and continuing to get involved in extracurricular activities and build experience will only help you stand out more over time.
Comments for faculty: I wanted to share some candid feedback regarding his performance. I was a bit disappointed with the level of effort and the quality of his responses. Many of his answers seemed to focus more on compensation rather than a genuine interest in the field, which I also noted in the additional comments shared with both students and faculty. Additionally, his resume was incomplete, and overall, he appeared unprepared for the types of questions that were asked.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
