Comments for the student: Overall, very well done. Tyler came prepared, and demonstrated confidence, professionalism, and detailed, direct answers throughout the interview. He showed that he knew his key skillsets and value he adds and spoke about these factors confidently in the "why should I hire you" question. He did an excellent job showcasing his knowledge of the company he was applying for (Suntec) and spoke to their core values, what he has to offer to the company, and emphasized his goal of helping others. This is a key factor and element that he should continue embedding into his answers in a real interview. In future interviews where there is more time, I would encourage him to use more stories / share examples to support statements.
