Comments for the student: Overall, great job! Julianne was well-prepared and was extremely personable, authentic, and genuine in her responses. She noted this was one of her first interview experiences, and with that as a baseline, I was very impressed with Julianne's confidence and delivery of thoughtful responses to the questions asked of her. One of Julianne's strengths was being able to keep the interview conversational and weaving in stories and examples of her school and extracurricular activities to support her responses (ie providing details about her involvement in community service activities through CASA to showcase her character and philanthropic spirit). In future interviews, Julianne should continue incorporating these examples and content into her responses to present herself as a multi-faceted and community-minded individual. This will help her stand out from the competition and also make her memorable to the hiring manager. My feedback to Julianne included being a bit more direct in her responses (removing some filler works like "you know", "like" which will help her come off as more direct and powerful). This component will organically develop overtime as Julianne continues practicing her interviewing skills. It is also important when being asked "why do you want to work for 'x' company" to come off as an expert on the company, division, and role. When interviewing for internship and other related opportunities in the future, Julianne can drill a bit more into the company and weave some of the company's principles and core values into her responses to really make herself stand out.
Great job Julianne!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
