Comments for the student: Maya did well with her interview! She said she was nervous but I thought she did well.
A few of my comments:
1- Be sure to not read any prepared responses. Totally good to have a cheat sheet with some key words you want to mention but be sure not to read as that's obvious to the interviewer.
2- With "Why Should be Hire You?" - think about not only technical skills but also some relevant soft skills that you can mention with an example from your experiences (class project, club, past internship, etc)
3- Great job with the future career plan/10 years question. Loved that you highlighted your hope to expand your expertise and be in a leadership role.
4- Nice that you came with questions for them. Maybe add a more detailed non-generic question in the mix.
You did well-Keep practicing interviewing & it'll make you more confident!
Comments for faculty: She did not introduce herself.
She did ask for my email to follow up- didn't say why necessarily but did ask for that which would be good for interview follow-up.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
