Comments for the student: Overall, excellent job! Quinn came well prepared, and immediately demonstrated his confidence and ambitious personality. I was most impressed with Quinn's ability to provide thoughtful, excellent, and detailed / specific answers to the questions asked of him, while using elevated language. Quinn was a stand out amongst the students interviewed, and showcased maturity and advanced ability to interview. Quinn supported his answers and thoughts with specific stories and examples (ie when asked why I should hire him, he provided a story of how he joined the QU Div 1 basketball team as a walk on). In each of his examples, Quinn demonstrated ambition and a passion to be a high-achieving and performance focused individual; qualities that Goldman values and looks for. I would encourage Quinn to pursue internship opportunities at Goldman and our competitors (ie Chase, Morgan Stanley, etc). My one piece of feedback (for future interviews), is for Quinn to drill down into the company he is interviewing for, by looking at the core values, principles, etc of the company on their website, and then weaving those principles and values into his answers. This will make him stand out to the interviewer and bring his interview to an even more elevated level. Great job Quinn!
Comments for faculty: Stand out interview from the group of students last Tuesday; was the top interviewer in the group of students, and I would encourage him to pursue and apply for internship positions at top investment banks, as he would culturally be a good fit.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
