Comments for the student: Charlie was strong in his introduction and explaining his curiosity to learn and gain experience. He is confident and a strong communicator. He did become more nervous and casual in his responses as the interview went on. I would encourage him to get involved with clubs and school activities to be able to speak to these experiences and ability to balance with school work. I enjoyed learning about his passion for Human Resources.
