Comments for the student: Resume can more strongly convey the strengths of the student and his experiences. Would remove passive words and use greater description to highlight accomplishments. Important to dress professionally for the interview and make sure surrounding environment is prepared. Damon did an excellent job of elaborating on qualifications when prompted. I think with some additional practice and revisions on resume, will be a strong candidate for any position applying for.
Comments for faculty: Student did not seem prepared as well as possible, needs to revise resume, include linkedin profile, dress appropriately, clean background area, and know the company and industry applying for. Good start though!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
