Comments for the student: Alex has a well rounded background with tangible experiences that he will benefit from sharing with employer. He needs to use those experiences to convey his knowledge, skills, and abilities and how he can complete what is asked of him (projects, assignments, work responsibilities). Benefit from revising resume using more active words to describe his skill sets and outcomes (what he can give back) and knowing more about industry. Great start!
Comments for faculty: Did a good job, needed some coaching to move conversation along and expand upon his qualifications. With some practice will do really well. Needs to clean up environment and wear lighter shirt. The more he knows about job and industry the better, sharing personal experiences and references will help him connect with recruiter.
