Comments for the student: Arianna's passion for the position came through overwhelmingly, her experiences and relations to the company were excellent, she did her homework and knew a lot about the company, would like for Arianna to relate more with how she will be an added value (benefit) to the company, and share more of the qualities that she gained from her real life experience (sports, server, etc.). I think she did a great job and is a shoe in for the position (just don't forget to send the coverletter)!
Comments for faculty: Really presented well and super passionate about the position. The only thing i would like to see more of in the students is greater use of action words and results/outcomes in the resume. I also think the summary might be better used as a "personal statement" to describe what sets them apart. I noticed today that all three resumes started with the same thing, "self-motivated"!
