Comments for the student: Kaitlyn had positive energy. She was prompt with her arrival and prepared. The process of what she was interviewing seemed a little ambiguous but she made the effort to explain the position she was interested in.
She has a decent foundation for marketable skills and was able to pull in her current role(s) into how those skills will facilitate future employment. We talked about strengthening her resume with the skills she is learning and making sure she ties her resume/responses into the position she is applying for.
As she becomes more comfortable with the interviewing process I anticipate her presentation will become more solid. Dropping off some of the pauses/umms will make her seem more confident in her own skill set. Kaitlyn and I talked about having her work experience on her resume updated to highlight the things she has done with a marketing eye/drive. Updating her resume for the position she is applying for and making sure she hits the objectives of the job posting.
We talked about how Disney is her end goal and as she interviews for positions (non Disney) she will be able to include some of that passion into what makes her marketable and the why of her being interested in an employer.
Comments for faculty: There seemed to be a little confusion of what position she was interviewing for. I am unsure if it is a breakdown of communication of how to do the assignment/prepare vs. what info the interviewer will have to access this assignment. It was something I noted with all my students, so not specific to her.
Her overall presentation was good, but dropping off some of the pauses and sentence fillers would be needed.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
