Comments for the student: Connor has secured an internship prior to this interview so we based our interview off of that. His resume is well put together and he was confident in his why and responses for the position. Connor's responses all tailored back to connecting his skills with the position he was applying for.
Connor and I also touched upon internship for credit for his upcoming offer and should follow up on that.
Comments for faculty: Well prepared and put together for applying and interviewing. Was not dressed professional but we touched on that as well.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
