Comments for the student: It was great to meet John! We didn't have a specific job in mind, but he mentioned the potential of exploring corporate roles at Adidas where he currently works. Here is some feedback I shared via email to help prepare for future interviews:
Remember do your research on the company AND who is interviewing you! LinkedIn is your guide
Other tools to keep in mind: Glassdoor, Indeed, Fishbowl, company's website
Be able to answer WHY you want to work at the company and WHY the job
Bring examples to the table on HOW you can do the job
Be able to answer behavioral/situational questions (like tell me about a time you problem solved; tell me about a time you were in a conflict and resolved it)
Be confident! You know your skills and abilities and will do GREAT
