Comments for the student: It was great meeting Connor and getting to learn more about his marketing background and ambitions for the future. Connor was well prepared, engaged, and provided both thoughtful and detailed answers to each question. In particular, he did a great job referencing his past work experience as a sales consultant to his future ambitions in the marketing space, and what he saw himself doing as a long term career. We spoke about transferable skills and how to showcase those to any role Connor would apply to. The 2 main pieces of feedback I provided were how to further elevate answering the question "tell me about yourself". Connor should frame this response in the format of listing off his accomplishments (educational, extracurricular, past work experience, etc). He should also support his answers further with detailed stories and examples from past work and extracurricular experiences. This will enable him to stand out more and show any interviewer why he is the best fit for a particular role. Connor is clearly a dedicated and ambitious student, and with continued practice interviewing, he will stand out and be well positioned for future internships and when applying to his first full time career in Marketing / Sales / Business. Overall good job!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
