Comments for the student: Overall very good job. Joshua came well prepared and was friendly, personable, and confident in his answers and overall approach. He provided strong answers to all questions and excelled at providing specifics on how he chose his Finance major and why he chose Quinnipiac to pursue his 3+1 program. Joshua also highlighted his key strengths in many of the questions asked, including being a leader and valuing quality control. He can further elevate and enhance his answers by providing examples and sharing stories to support his statements and to make him more competitive in future interviews. Another strategy to implement in future interviews is to speak to the core values and programs of the company he is interviewing for when asked "why are you interested in working for X Company" - this is a question always asked in all interviews and Joshua will stand out if he showcases his knowledge of the company, its values, objectives, and key programs. Great, solid mock interview - with additional refinement and practice Joshua will excel at future interviews.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
