Comments for the student: Overall great job. Sahir was friendly, professional, and confident in his approach, providing detailed and succinct answers throughout the mock interview. He maintained great eye contact and executive presence. He excelled at providing specifics on why he chose his Finance major, Quinnipiac, and the 3+1 program. He was clear, direct, and knowledgable, sharing details on why he would like to pursue as a long term career as well (Asset Management). I would like Sahir to include. more background details when being asked "tell me. about yourself" - he can use this opportunity to showcase his top skill sets and why he is the best candidate for the role in future interviews. This is always a question asked (usually the first) so this will be critical for him to stand out from the competition. Sahir can also enhance his answers by sharing detailed examples and stories to support his statements (e.g. when saying he is good in group settings, tell a story / example to bring this to life). I also noted that he should not bring in or mention any weaknesses (especially when not asked) - he is a talented and accomplished student and should only focus on strengths! : ) Again, great job! Additional practice will position him well to excel at interviews going forward.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
