Comments for the student: Mary was easy to speak with, but there was no specific job she was interviewing for. Not sure of what Mary was told to do - in previous mock interviews the students came in with a company and a position they wanted to interview for and knew background on both firm and roles. She didn't have any questions about the position, perhaps because there was no job description, and didn't have any questions to ask of me. Without having a specific job to interview for it was hard to get deep in the interview - that being said, Mary had a good demeanor, was friendly, and easy to talk to.
Comments for faculty: I'm not sure if the students are told to find a firm and an actual job description to interview. She only knew she was interviewing with Sara Sparks / didn't know a firm, a job description, didn't have much to talk about without that.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
