Comments for the student: Stephen was a pleasure to speak to and to meet. He was very enthusiastic about both Phillips and the position and did his homework on both company and position. Stephen had tangible facts about the firm and their global initiatives, their morals, and why he'd be an excellent fit. Stephen had a great question for me re: the culture of the firm. I really appreciated how Stephen was very conversational, was able to give me solid information on his background, previous and current work experience, and why he selected QU and why his major - Stephen was a pleasure to interview and I feel like I was able to get to know him in a short time period.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:

The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
