Comments for the student: Rocco was very kind and pleasant to speak with. He's clearly a people person and he asked fantastic questions, demonstrating his early interest and knowledge of this career path (Asset Management). I encouraged him to always research companies he's applying to so he can understand exactly what they do and subsequently convey how his strengths can help the organization. My other piece of advice is to strive towards becoming a student leader in 1-2 organizations he's passionate about to help set himself apart. Nice job overall!
