Comments for the student: As mentioned, my general feedback for what I am noticing with real life candidates for RightClick is that eye contact and professionalism will go a long way. As we talked about, don't be afraid to ask for further clarification or guidance if you are unsure you were able to research enough information accurately, tie your real life experience, passions, and strengths to add context to the buzzwords you assign to yourself, and don't forget interviewing is no different than marketing a product - sell yourself, tell a story, and make the audience feel bought into you and your potential. Nice meeting you!
Comments for faculty: Max admitted to not being prepared and pulled a job and company without doing much research prior to the interview, making it hard to dive into some of the questions. He seems like a sharp and passionate individual but did not approach this exercise with professionalism or seriousness to let that come through in an interview setting.
