Comments for the student: Standard advice I am giving across the board is that standard professionalism including eye contact and preparedness will go a long way in your current and future job searches! It was nice meeting you, Mark. When providing responses in an interview setting remember to tie your responses to business outcomes when possible, this helps the interviewer see how having you on the team has positive business impact, not just how it'll benefit YOU. You gave really strong characteristics that every employer values, tie them to concrete examples where they have been applied and the outcome of that experience. That will make you much more memorable.
Comments for faculty: Mark was nice to meet with, but did not come to the exercise with a role or company in mind. Additionally, he didn't research my company so some of the questions were difficult to answer. Overall, I found him to be open to feedback, personally driven, and likeable as a candidate. As a sophomore I think he has a lot of positive traits that with practice and more direction will serve him well!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
