Comments for the student: Standard advice I am giving across the board is that standard professionalism including eye contact and preparedness will go a long way in your current and future job searches! Great meeting you, Brandon. I really appreciated your preparedness and openness to feedback. I thought you did an excellent job presenting your responses in a direct and relevant way that would allow an interviewer to not only understand you as a candidate but envision your success in the position. Continue to follow your interests and that genuine passion will shine through whatever conversation you had. Don't forget to speak confidently about your experience and interests as well, interviews (especially for entry level roles) are about selling yourself and convincing the interviewer you are the best candidate for the job.
Comments for faculty: Brandon was excellent. He came prepared, took time to engage in conversation - really the only candidate who asked how I was/how my day was before I asked them. He has a true passion and reason for what he does and why he enjoys it and it comes across in how he responded to questions and was able to connect the dots between the role and his abilities.
